Bizz Opps Holding Group issues this Privacy Policy in compliance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares). Personal data that you (hereinafter, the “User”) have provided directly or through electronic means by way of the applicable administrative solution, whether Converssoft and/or SaleXops, to Bizz Opps Holding Group has been collected and will be processed by Bizz Opps Holding Group under the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, data quality, purpose limitation, fairness, proportionality, and accountability, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
In the provision of its services generally, and for purposes of the applicable administrative solution, whether Converssoft and/or SaleXops, Bizz Opps Holding Group does not collect Sensitive Personal Data (defined as personal data affecting the User’s most intimate sphere, or whose improper use could result in discrimination or pose a serious risk to the User. In particular, sensitive data includes information that may reveal racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual orientation). Accordingly, none of the personal data provided by the User or Bizz Opps Holding Group, as applicable, contains information considered Sensitive Personal Data under Section VI of Article 3 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Bizz Opps Holding Group informs you that it is responsible for the personal data provided by the User, whether the User is a legal entity or an individual engaged in commercial or professional activities. User information is treated as strictly confidential, and the personal data provided may be used for the following purposes:
- Conduct identity verification and validation.
- Create and maintain your customer record.
- Update databases.
- Provide services that may be or have been agreed upon.
- Acquire rights or products related thereto.
- Evaluate the quality of the services provided.
- For commercial prospecting, advertising, or marketing purposes, in accordance with Article 16, Section II of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and Article 30 of its Regulations. This is without prejudice to applicable provisions governing processing for the purposes described above when such provisions provide greater protection to the User than that established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, Bizz Opps Holding Group may collect the following data through various means, which must be valid and provided by the User:
- Identification data, such as full name, email address, landline telephone number, and mobile telephone number.
- Tax information, such as tax address and Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC) number.
- Banking information, such as bank account information, credit and/or debit card information, and payment methods.
Bizz Opps Holding Group will not transfer, share, or disclose your personal data to domestic or foreign third parties without your prior consent, except where such transfer is solely intended to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Bizz Opps Holding Group reserves the right to transfer collected personal data in the following cases:
- To parties with whom Bizz Opps Holding Group has an association or commercial partnership.
- In the event of a corporate merger, consolidation or restructuring, the substantial sale of our shares and/or assets, or any other corporate change.

To prevent unauthorized access to the User’s personal data and ensure that information is used for the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, Bizz Opps Holding Group has implemented procedures designed to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of data provided by the User and to ensure its appropriate handling.
The User may freely and at any time withdraw the consent granted to Bizz Opps Holding Group for the processing of personal data, limit its use or disclosure, and exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition by submitting a request to atencion@bizoppsgroup.com.
The User may exercise, personally or through a duly authorized representative, their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding their Personal Data, limit its use and disclosure, and withdraw consent for its processing. To do so, the User or their representative may request from Bizz Opps Holding Group, by sending a request directly to atencion@bizoppsgroup.com, a form stating their decision to exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition regarding their Personal Data, accompanied by the following documentation or digitized information:
- A document proving the User’s identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the person acting on their behalf.
- A clear and precise description of the Personal Data in relation to which the User seeks to exercise any of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition.
- Any other information or document that facilitates the location of the User’s Personal Data.
- Clearly indicate whether the request concerns Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition regarding the Personal Data.
- The reason for the request.
Bizz Opps Holding Group undertakes to respond to your request within the statutory period established by Article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. The request will be deemed received on the date Bizz Opps Holding Group acknowledges receipt of the User’s request by email sent to the User’s registered email address. The applicable period may be extended once for an equivalent period when justified by the circumstances of the case.
A data protection request may also be submitted under the same terms when Bizz Opps Holding Group does not provide the User with the requested personal data; provides it in an incomprehensible format; refuses to make modifications or corrections to the personal data; or the User considers the information provided incomplete or inconsistent with the requested information.
The decision will be communicated by email to the address used by the User to submit the request.
If the User wishes to exercise their right of access to their Personal Data, the requested information will be provided by email to the address used to submit the request. Likewise, if Bizz Opps Holding Group does not have the requested information, the User will be informed of this circumstance by email at the address used to submit the request.
The User is also informed that they may initiate proceedings for the protection of their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding their Personal Data before Mexico’s National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) within fifteen (15) days following the date on which Bizz Opps Holding Group responds to the request if the response is unsatisfactory, or if Bizz Opps Holding Group fails to respond within the applicable period.
All processing of personal data will be subject to the User’s consent, except for the exceptions established by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations. Bizz Opps Holding Group notes that, pursuant to Article 8 of that law, the User implicitly consents to the processing of their personal data when, after the Privacy Policy has been made available, they do not express their opposition.
This Privacy Policy may be amended or updated by Bizz Opps Holding Group to address legislative or judicial developments, internal policies, or new requirements related to the provision or offering of Bizz Opps Holding Group services. The User will be informed of such changes through the website www.bizoppsgroup.com and/or by email.
